A premium zone combines the relaxation of a face zone and foot zone in one session. It will start with a face zone and hair twisting technique, then move to the foot zone and end with a short verbal grounding technique. 

Premium Zone

A face zone is a 3 step process that consists of methodical circular movements around the face that address signals to providing balance to the skin tissue and cells, as well as increasing blood circulation, cleansing the lymphatic system, balancing the inner organs and repairing hormonal imbalances.
It is followed by a technique called hair pulling. According to Chinese medicine, over 3,000 emotions/memories can store in each strand of hair! Small sections of hair are gathered while gently pulling essential oils through the strands from root to tip, methodically moving throughout your entire head, assisting your emotional release. 
The session will end with a short verbal grounding technique.

Face Zone

A mini foot zone focuses on all areas of the body targeting main organs, and systems to promote improvement in blood circulation, relaxing the nervous system and cleansing of the lymphatic system. The session will end with a short verbal grounding technique.

Mini Foot Zone

The Full foot zone focuses on all signals of the body addressing main organs, systems, and goes in depth with the surrounding muscles and tissues to release stress, tension and inflammation. It will also promote improvement in blood circulation, relaxing of the nervous system and cleansing of the lymphatic system. The session will end with a short verbal grounding technique.- approx 60 mins
