This service is for a head that has not been chemically relaxed, the first time we apply this chemical its done on virgin hair, the relaxer is applied to the ends first working our way up the roots, smoothing the strands in the process. The ends take longer to process, whereas the roots respond faster because of the heat of your body.

Hair should never be relaxed bone straight.

The relaxer is applied only to the new growth of the hair for this service.

A relaxer is a type of cream generally used to straightened tight curls or very curly hair which makes hair easier to manage by chemically "relaxing" the natural curls. The active agent chemical compound (alkali), although some formulations are based on ammonium thioglycolate or formaldehyde.
