I am a registered Soft Tissue Therapist with the IRSM, based in Chinnor, South Oxfordshire. I am fully qualified and insured therapist with a level 5 diploma having trained at the Oxford School of Sports Massage. I am able to assess, treat and assist with the rehabilitation of various conditions. ​As a massage therapist and athlete, I have a unique understanding of the importance of taking care of the body. Through my own athletic experience, I know firsthand how crucial it is to listen to your body, prevent injuries, and maintain flexibility and strength.
