I am a graduate of Sports and Exercise Rehabilitation. I believe that massage is a way to maintain health and fitness, but appropriate strength training and a rehabilitation program are key factors in full recovery after injury. In addition to sports massage, I offer various relaxation treatments (head massage, hot stone massage, pregnancy massage) because I believe that mental well-being is as important as physical health.
