Body Balance Massage is based in Lower Hutt at Ahead with Organics. I offer various massages to help you regain your balance! Deep tissue includes specific work on problem areas. This may include assessment, trigger point treatment, cross-fiber friction, and stretching techniques. Sports massages are perfect pre- or post-event to help prevent or treat injuries. We usually target muscles specific to your sport. A relaxation massage uses longer, slower strokes to calm the nervous system. The effects of ongoing stress and the connection with dis-ease have been well studied. Relaxation massage is beneficial for everyone! I also offer pregnancy massage, so you can nurture yourself and relieve the aches and pains associated with pregnancy. A pregnancy cushion is available for your comfort, up to the 28 week stage.
