Upon finishing my career as a professional commercial dancer/model it felt only natural to stay in the wellness industry. I offer 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 Personal Training sessions in our fully equipped, private gym based in the heart of Mapplewell village, South Yorkshire. Sessions include ongoing nutritional support and programs tailored just for you to also do at home or in the gym. 
I also offer Sports Massage Therapy and Beauty Therapy services. With over 20 years experience in the industry I am passionate about helping people become and feel the best version of themselves, inside and out.

Sessions are designed with your individual health and fitness goals in mind. Whether you want to lose body fat, tone, improve strength, nutrition, confidence or general fitness we will guide you on how to reach your goals effectively and maintain results long term in our private, state of the art, fully equipped gym in the heart of Mapplewell. We also provide ongoing nutritional support alongside this service with added home/gym workouts given to you to do in your own time. If you have a friend or partner that has the same goals in mind, you can also bring them along and split the cost between you. You will become addicted to the results you will see and feel. Personal Training 

Treatments are focused on manipulating muscle tissue back to its full functional length. Perfect for back pain, sciatica, improving posture, injury prevention and general aches & pains. Perfect for both sporting and non-sporting individuals. Full posture and movement analysis is also carried out prior to this treatment with an individual post treatment exercise prescription plan if required.

Gel/BIAB overlays on hands (natural nails only)

Perfect for those who want natural, maintenance-free lashes. This treatment lifts the natural lash from the root, giving the appearance of longer, thicker and curlier lashes. Perfect for holidays or if you want to just get up and go. Looks amazing with or without mascara. Results last anything from 6-8 weeks and includes a free lash tint if required. Patch test needed at least 48 hours prior to appointment.

A personalised service which can go through anything you wish nutrition wise. We can go through how to work out your daily Macros properly, how to manage them, how many daily calories you should be looking to take in dependant on your goals and at what percentages. This service can be tailored to any particular need or questions you have relating to food and your physical activity. I also cover any personal questions you may have regarding what types of foods you should eat and at what intervals.
