Located in Burleigh, Gold Coast, FICE Recovery is an outdoor bath yard, offering wood burning barrel saunas and 6 ice baths that harness the natural benefits of thermal therapy. Founded by professional boxer Darragh Foley, who has experienced firsthand the transformative effects of these therapies, FICE Recovery blends proven recovery methods with a tranquil, beachside environment. We off 1 hour sessions for access to our saunas and ice baths. We are located 160m from James street. Access via our laneway on West Street.
