We recommend that refills are rebooked for every 2-3 weeks with at least 40% of your lashes remaining.
If you come to your refill with less that 40% you will be charged for a new full set. 

Please remember to come with clean lashes, no moisturiser on the face, no face oil or eye makeup a $5 cleansing fee will be charged. 
Cancellation Policy: Understanding that sometimes life gets in the way of things, but please understand that my time is valuable. If you wish or need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give me at least 48 hours notice. Cancelling 24 hours prior will result in 50% cancelation fee.
Cancelling 1 hour to you appointment or being 10 minutes late will be considered a no show and you will be charged for the service.
