Deep Tissue Massage is a massage technique mainly used to treat musculosketetal tissue, such as strains (including sports injuries) and knots.  It involves applying sustained pressue deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.

This half body muscle stress massage is a firm technique, with the aim of relaxing the muscles and especially the nervous system.  It is performed with rhythmic strokes to the head, neck, back and backs of the legs and feet inorder to help remove tension.

This is a popular pressure massage that focuses on the build-up of stress and muscle tension in all areas around the neck, shoulder and across the back.  This firm massage encourages relaxation, relieves stress, improves circulation and relaxes the muscles.

Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage

Remedial/Medical Massage is a body outcome-based massage, including the application of a specific treatment area & identification of other potential problems(s) of the client.  The outcomes will be the basis for treatments(s).  It can be recommended for a variety of maladies including sciatica, arthritis, migraines, trapped nerves etc.

Remedial/Medical Massage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a form of massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body.  This firm massage follows the lymph canal; it helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues.  The lymph canal includes areas that some may consider intimate or personal.  Always mention or agree areas with your therapist before the start of treatment.
