For the older teen 16-17years. A whole back massage treatment relaxing the muscles and helping to relieve tension. Will still need to be accompanied by an adult. 

Teen Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage 

For ages 12-17yrs, a guardian will need to be present. 
This is a Swedish massage whilst laying on their back, working on the top of the shoulders into the back of the neck and a scalp massage to finish. This treatment is carried out with just the shoulders bare so they feel completely comfortable.

Teen Massage 

For ages 12-17, under 16s will need a guardian present. They will enjoy a 30min Teen Facial- Cleansing, Exfoliation, Mask, Massage, Moisturiser then finishing off with skincare routine advice and any question they might have about their changing skin.

Cold Ice globes are then massaged over the face to reduce puffiness, dark circles and stimulate blood circulation, this will also help sculpt, tighten and lift the skin. 
A radiance boosting mask is applied with a Rose Quartz eye mask placed over the eyes. It’s then into a deeply relaxing hot oil, scalp massage. Finishing off with a hot towel to remove the mask and your daily products to seal in that instant glow ✨

The Ache Away Deep-tissue massage helps to dissolve muscular tension whilst also creating a revitalisation of the body. The techniques used in this form of massage are firmer and deeper carried out using my forearms, elbows and knuckles, allowing me to apply a lot more pressure and focus on your area of concern. Making this perfect for those suffering with deep aching muscles, but still wanting to achieve a sense of calm. 

30min Ache Away Deep Tissue Back Massage 

This treatment involves a deep pressure point and drainage massage on the face to stimulate the general release of blockages in the sinuses, then it’s onto a neck and scalp massage to finish.

The treatment starts with body brushing, then onto the exfoliation where the Sea Sand Scrub is rubbed into the skin then miffed off. Then it’s an application of body lotion to finish  

Full Body Exfoliation 

To start I body brush down the back to help increase blood flow, this is followed with a deep cleanse and exfoliation that’s removed with heated mitts. A massage will be carried out covering the whole of back, neck and shoulders working on any tension areas. Once the massage is finished a purifying mask is applied and a hot towel is placed over the top. When the mask is on you will enjoy a scalp massage working from the nape of the neck to the top of the head. Then I finish with some nourishing body lotion. Absolute bliss! 

60min Cleansing Back Treatment 

Massage is fantastic to have during pregnancy and also after birth. It eases aches and pains, improves circulation and it helps calm and soothe stress. Its also really good for healing the body afterwards as the blood flow is increased it allows the body to repairs itself quicker and the relaxation helps our body concentrate on the job at hand. Some cultures see massage as a daily necessity for upto 40 days after the birth to help the Mother physically and mentally recover. 

When carrying out pregnancy massage I do it with you laying on your side with cushions cradling your bump. I always allow more time during these treatments for you to get nice and comfortable or if nature calls, this way you can remain as relaxed as possible. 

45mins Pregnancy Back Massage 

Hopi Ear Candles is a deeply relaxing treatment that involves tubular candles being placed in each ear one at a time. These are burned down to create a suction within the tube that helps draw out impurities. The ear is then massaged to stimulate lymph nodes and blood flow. After the second ear I then go onto a deep pressure point and drainage massage on the face to stimulate the general release of blockages in the sinuses, then it’s onto a neck and scalp massage to finish. 

Hopi Ear Candles & Sinus Facial Massage 

Reflexology is a holistic therapy that massages the feet to help the whole body. The aim of reflexology is to release any blockages and restore the free flow of energy and blood circulation to the whole body, all the while being deeply relaxing. 
The treatment is carried out by you only removing your footwear, and then you relax on the couch slightly sat up and a bolster cushion is placed under your knees with cushions placed under your ankles. You should feel completely weightless. 
I start off with a relaxation massage then go into the reflexology which is a much firmer pressure and this helps stimulate certain points on the feet.
