Hi I am a level 3 sports massage therapist and personal trainer I have help many clients with injuries and tightness with my sports massage techniques with the use of cupping and electrotherapy i also help many clients with gaining confidence in the gym and help motivated people to hit their goals wether that be strength based or to lose weight and tone up
