ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is a tingling sensation that usually begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine.

This treatment encompasses scents, sounds and gentle movements to invoke tingles and a feeling of relaxation, with an invigorating element to end the treatment. This treatment can help relieve stress and improve sleep.
