As a Bowen Therapist, I love to help people feel great! My approach is one of bringing the body into symmetry, through gentle Bowen moves. Throughout the treatment, I continually assess the body - my range of assessments helps me to pinpoint where the body is being pulled out of alignment, and treat that area. It's often surprising where the real source of misalignment and pain truly is.
