Zen Scalp Harmony (spa indian head massage)

Our Sole Soothe Massage is a therapeutic technique that focuses on the feet to promote relaxation, reduce tension, & improve overall well-being. Your treatment will begin with 2 warm towels to help promote the relaxation process. During the treatment, your technician will apply light pressure to the feet to enhance the relaxation effect & encourage your feet to settle down and enjoy the time spent on each foot.  When your session is completed, your technician will use gentle rocking motions to help you to transition out of the massage & leave feeling relaxed & rejuvenated.

Sole Soothe Massage

The Thai Foot Tranquility treatment is a spcialized foot massage that incorporates traditional Thai techniques focused on the foot & lower legs. This treatment aims to promote relaxation, reduce stress & enhance overall well-being. 

Your therapist will work with the body's Sen Lines, which are believed to be the pathways for energy flow in traditional Thai medicine. This technique helps to release blockages & restore balance within the body.

Thai Foot Tranquility

Body Cupping Massage is a therapeutic technique that involves the use of specialized suction cups on the skin to create a vacuum effect. This technique is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine but has gained popularity in various wellness & massage practices worldwide. 

Cups may remain stationary on certain areas or be moved around in a gliding motion, you may see some purple or red markings on the skin post treatment. A stationary cupping technique can leave temporary marks on the skin, often red or purple circular markings which are not bruising on the skin. These often are the result from the release of stagnant blood, toxins or energy from the tissues. They will fade within a few days, at most. 

Body cupping can have many benefits such as: improved circulation; muscle tension release; detoxification from the removal of toxins and metabolic waste from the body; & a relaxation effect.
