I had a very good experience!

I came in with some muscle soreness on the legs and lower back as I'm a runner but after only session the stiffness in my body was relieved.

Tanya was very professional, communicated well with myself (asking if I was in paid or discomfort at all times). I also loved the atmosphere and cleanliness of the room where I was treated. It was definitely a vibe and I will be returning again for sure!!
