This is a Top of the Range Infrared / Red Light therapy Sauna
Temperatures are adjust to each persons tolerance, If you have any muscle pains or aches please notify us and we will make you up a Bespoke topical oil to rub into your body while your in the sauna to promote Circulation, Stimulate lymphatic, to assist in Down grading inflammation and pain

if you have any sensitivities to Light or Heat condition please notify  prior to coming in so we can discuss this 

Infrared / Red Light Sauna

We formulate a bespoke medicated oil which includes carrier oils and essential oils, With the use of heat the body absorbs this formulation into the designated site. Reducing inflammation, pain and stiffness.

This therapy is beneficial for sports injuries and most musculoskeletal issues.

Topical oil therapies

Hydrotherapy refers to using water as therapy in any form. For instance, it may act as a treatment for temporary skin-related issues, such as burns and septic ulcers, or for chronic health conditions, such as arthritis and fibromyalgia.
