Relaxing Swedish Massage

Indian Head Massage is a therapeutic treatment rooted in the ancient Indian healing system of Ayurveda. This specialised massage technique is traditionally performed in a seated position & focuses on relieving tension/pressure in the upper back, arms, neck, head & face. 

Some of the benefits include stress relief, improved circulation, enhanced hair & scalp health, headache relief & improved sleep quality.

At Wild Holistics your Indian head massage can be tailored to suit your individual needs/preferences, ensuring a deeply soothing & therapeutic experience.

(Although traditionally performed seated it is possible to perform in a reclined position if requested.)

Indian Head Massage

Pregnancy is such an exciting time for many, but it can also be a difficult one! While it is a time that benefits from a balanced sense of wellbeing, aches, pains & stress can all take their toll! This is where pregnancy massage comes in! 

Pregnancy massage is a gentle & safe way to help someone through the physical & emotional changes that occur during pregnancy. Performed anytime from 12 weeks onwards, some of the benefits include:
- Reduction in pain & discomfort such as back/hip tension, swelling & headaches.
- Enhanced bonding between the mother & baby.
- Improved sleep quality.
- Reduction in stress & anxiety.

This treatment is performed in a side lying position with plenty of cushions & blankets for extra comfort. I'm so excited to support you on your pregnancy journey through the gift of massage & rest assured that you & your baby are in good hands .

All facials include a double cleanse, lifting facial massage, customised mask, warm towels & a relaxing head massage. Please note that the Natural Glow Bespoke Facial may include additional steps or techniques based on your skin's unique requirements & allocated time.

Natural Glow Facial Ritual

The Bespoke Holistic Facial is a carefully curated experience to enhance your natural beauty & wellbeing. 

Following an initial consultation & once you are warm, comfortable & relaxed, the skin is cleansed twice & exfoliated. Hot towels are used throughout the treatment to relax & soften your skin, opening up the pores for greater absorption of products & ingredients. A tailored, organic face mask will be applied, whilst enjoying an Indian head, neck, chest & shoulder massage. Once your face mask is removed the facial massage begins which includes a combination of techniques & tools such as cupping & gua sha to help aid the detoxification pathways & relax facial muscles.
 
Each step of our holistic facial is thoughtfully designed to nurture your skin & spirit, leaving you with a glowing, youthful complexion & a deep sense of relaxation.

Bespoke Holistic Facial

Reveal your natural beauty using this powerful & non-invasive facial treatment. Facial cupping is an incredible alternative beauty treatment for sculpting and plumping tired skin. 

The facial cupping session begins with a gentle cleanse, followed by the application of organic facial oil. Then small cups made of silicone are placed on specific areas of the face. The cups create a vacuum effect when gently moved across the skin, creating a suction that helps lift and separate the tissues. This suction promotes increased blood circulation, stimulates lymphatic drainage, and relaxes facial muscles.

Some other benefits include boosting collagen production, brightening the skin, reducing puffiness and dark circles under the eyes. 

Lastly a jade roller is used to cool the skin resulting in a plump, healthy and glowing complexion.

Regular treatments are recommended for maintained results.

Facial Cupping

This 75 minute treatment begins with a back, neck & shoulder massage using soothing warm oils to release any tension & help you enter a relaxed state of being

Following this, a pressure point foot massage will help to restore balance & create optimal wellness in the body.

Finally, it’s your skins turn to renew with a calming facial using 100% natural products. This includes a double cleanse & steam, followed by a healing, organic mask to suit your specific skin type.

While the mask works its magic, snuggle under cosy blankets & meditate to the aroma of palo santo which cleanses negative emotions, restores tranquility & calm.

Finally, once the mask is removed a facial oil is applied to nourish the skin even further. 

Leave feeling like you’re floating on a cloud & ready to take on the day! (but you might need a nap first...)
