1. *Booking and Deposit*: To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required within 24-48 hours of booking.
2. *Payment Details*: Send a message on WhatsApp (876-353-5891) to request banking details.
3. *Proof of Payment*: Send proof of payment after making the deposit.

On the Day of Your Appointment
1. *Lateness Policy*: A 10-minute grace period is allowed; beyond that, a $500 fee will be applied for every 5 minutes.
2. *Cancellation/Rescheduling*: If late by 30 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.
3. *Rescheduling Limit*: One rescheduling per month is allowed; subsequent rescheduling will require a new deposit and booking within 7 days.
4. Avoid same-day cancellations to prevent deposit penalty

1. *Custom Services*: If a service is not listed, send a message on WhatsApp, and we'll respond as soon as possible.
2. *Card Payments*: A $100 JMD processing fee will be applied to card transactions.
