By massaging and stimulating the reflex points of your feet, healing is provided in the corresponding organs of your body by removing energy blockages, healing imbalances, improving circulation, soothing pain and inflammation and easing tension and promote detoxification. With Reflexology I aim to restore and relax your wellbeing, maximising your body’s wonderful capacity to heal. Pain, psychological symptoms, such as anxiety and stress may be reduced. Reflexology can also enhance relaxation and sleep.
