Hello there. Please do not eat any heavy meals 2-3 hours before your appointment. Light fruit and drink is fine. Arrive at your appointment on time to refrain from your appointment being cancelled. Make sure you hydrate plenty before & after your appointment (minimum 1.5ltr). Can't wait to meet you.
