It’s off through to the treatment room.  This is your time and your treatment so your reflexologist will take time to position cushions where you need them and recline the couch to an angle you prefer.  

A fluffy blanket is draped across you and it is time for warm towels to loosen up the feet.  

Using smooth, rhythmical touch to stimulate the nerve endings in your feet to release tension.  Your treatment ends with revisiting any out of balance reflexes and an endocrine balance.

Traditional Foot Reflexology to aid sleep, promote wellbeing, release tension, encourage relaxation and improved mood

Reflexology to Support Menopause is about 75 minutes treatment time.   This treatment is carried out on your feet.  

Most treatments at Boisdale Wellness begin with a short (ten minutes) consultation in the relaxation room.

It’s off through to the treatment room and onto the comfortable couch.  This is your time and your treatment so your reflexologist will take time to position cushions where you need them and recline the couch to an angle you prefer.  

A fluffy blanket is draped across you and it is time for warm towels to loosen up the feet.  Please leave a little hair growth on your legs for our opening relaxation moves.

Next it’s the additional menopause moves and techniques to assist your hormones to sing harmoniously followed by traditional foot reflexology treatment and endocrine balance.

A relaxing facial cleanse, which is removed with warm towels and 
facial oil is applied.  Facial reflexology begins before moving  
onto your feet.   Using smooth, rhythmical touch to stimulate reflexes on your feet and face to release tension.  Your treatment ends with revisiting any out of balance reflexes and an endocrine balance.

At the end of your treatment take your cosy blanket and cushion through to the relaxation room until for up to 30 minutes.




Reflexology to Support Relaxation on your Face & Feet

Back Massage with Traditional Foot Reflexology is 90 minutes treatment time and this treatment is on your back, feet and lower legs.

A fluffy blanket is draped across you and it is time for your back massage.  Turn over to lovely warm towels to loosen up the feet.  Please leave a little hair growth on your legs for our opening relaxation moves.

Using smooth, rhythmical touch to stimulate your nerve endings in your feet to release tension.  Your treatment ends with revisiting any out of balance reflexes and an endocrine balance.

Traditional Foot Reflexology with Back Massage

Back & Scalp Massage followed by a relaxing facial cleanse, tone and exfoliation which is removed with warm towels.  Facial oil is applied & facial reflexology begins and your face mask is applied before moving onto your feet.  Your treatment ends with revisiting any out of balance reflexes, an endocrine balance& mask removal.

At the end of your treatment take up to 20 mins relaxing with a glass of water on the treatment couch.

The treatment room now has two therapy couches to enable couples, family or friends to enjoy a treatment at the same time.

Please wear clothes which allow access up to the knee. 

Your treatment begins by settling onto the couches with fluffy blankets and pillows.

A short warm towel welcoming routine and application creams are next to begin relaxation and absorption of products.  Twenty five minutes of treatment begins on client one followed by client two’s treatment.

Glass of water and when you both feel ready come through to the relaxation room for up to 30 minutes.

Traditional Foot Reflexology for 2

£150 for both treatments  - 3 hours 15 minutes treatment time

The treatment begins with client 1 receiving a
back massage and monu facial with mask in treatment room on their own.  Client 2 waits in relaxation area.

Client 2 joins client 1 in the treatment room and has their back massaged and facial oil applied.

Client 1 has their face mask removed and they can remain relaxing on the treatment couch or go through to the relaxation area.

Client 2 has facial reflexology and their face mask applied.   Another opportunity for client 1 to leave the treatment room if they have not already done so.

Snack/lunch break in relaxation room (please bring with you or order food) about 30 mins

Both clients return to the treatment room together client 1 warm towels, lower leg massage and liners.

Client 2 warm towels, lower leg massage, foot reflexology and liners left on.
