I'm Lucy a L5 Dip(he) Sports & Soft Tissue Therapist. 
I am located at The Feel Good Building in Newquay and I offer hands on massage, remedial rehab and pain management advice. By using evidence based practices I can help you move more naturally and as functionally as possible for your lifestyle. 
I use a person centered approach to healing using the biological/social/physiological model so I treat the person and not the just the injury or ailment.

The initial appointment hour involves a physical assessment as well as the massage itself that can include:
- Deep tissue
- Trigger point massage
- Muscle energy techniques
- Exercise and mobility advice

All of these techniques help reduce and manage pain therefore improving mobility and range of motion in the affected area. 
Or, if you just need some time for yourself to relax, I can do that to. 
This is an evidence based, person centred approach to massage. It's not a case of just lying on your belly for an hour, it is entirely catered around you and what your long or short terms goals are. 





Initial Soft Tissue Appointment with Lucy

This follow up appointment will be focused on the goals that were set in the initial appointment. 
Depending on what outcome you are envisioning, I will use these techniques to help you get there: 
- Deep tissue
- Trigger point massage
- Muscle energy techniques
- Exercise and mobility advice

All of these techniques help reduce and manage pain therefore improving mobility and range of motion in the affected area.

Soft Tissue Massage Appointment with Lucy

For anyone who can't find anymore time for a massage, this one is for you. 

It can either be used for; Injury assessment, pre or post physical activity/sport or just to relax! 


30min "Lunch Break" Massage

Relax and take a deep breath... this doesn't need much explaining. 
It feels great, relieves stress and tension in the forehead, jaw & neck.
You won't regret adding this on to the end of a massage.
