We are just off the A38, four minutes from the M5 (junction 
27), and seven minutes from Tiverton Parkway station.  There is plenty 
of free parking, with wheelchair access.

This treatment is a gentle cleanse of the colon using filtered water at body temperature. Ear candling is an alternative remedy that some people use to draw out impurities and wax from the inner ear. The candles are typically about 10 inches long, hollow, and tapered.

To perform ear candling, you will lie on your side as I insert a candle into your ear. There will be circle made tin foil which sits on the candle and above your face to stop the heat and ash from dripping onto your face, neck, or hair.

Once the candle and covering are secure, I will light the candle, it will burn for 15 minutes in each ear. As the candle burns I will gently massage around your ear, jaw and cheek to help release any impurities.


The treatment helps with; sinus, tinnitus, headache, stress relief, lymphatic flow, mental clarity. It is also deeply relaxing.

I use an extract of Snow Cladonia, a plant with a high content of vitamin A, B vitamins and other beneficial organic substances. These help to restore skin tone effectively, promoting collagen production, strengthening and nourishing the skin, and regulating amino acid metabolism, thus aiding skin renewal. Thanks to a high content of usnic acid, Snow Cladonia also helps the active regeneration of cells, effectively slowing down ageing processes, improving the skin’s structure and restoring its elasticity.

Allow me to stimulate the natural collagen in your skin cells, helping to smooth wrinkles and return your natural radiance. Low- and high-weight hyaluronic acid help prevent the appearance of fine lines and leave your skin feeling perfectly hydrated, improving its appearance.

Natural Facelift - a face lift without surgery I hear you say! This facial rejuvenation incorporates a unique blend Indian and Japanese facial massage, combined with acupressure. You will leave with your face looking lifted, contoured with a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles.

This facial deals with oil imbalance, brake outs, dry patches and inflammation. I use a Natura Siberica product that is enriched with Polar White Birch. This a natural source of Betulin, known for its powerful anti-inflammatory and soothing properties, which help to calm acne. 

Brake out facial / acne

Chemical peels, or skin peels, are designed to exfoliate your skin and thereby to improve its appearance by improving areas of dullness, lines & wrinkles, rosacea, pigmentation, acne, and uneven skin tone. 

At the end of the treatment the LED lamp is placed above your face for 15 minutes, to soothe the skin and aid restoration.

LED Light Therapy offers skin rejuvenation, by reducing acne breakouts, inflammation, fine lines & wrinkles, post-inflammatory scarring, and rosacea. 

The two most favoured light colours are red and blue. 

Red light is used to treat the epidermis, the outermost layer of the skin. It is thought that when this absorbs infrared light, the fibroblast cells that are responsible for the production of collagen are stimulated. The increase in collagen production can make the skin look smoother, which will mitigate the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Blue light, on the other hand, targets the oil glands, located in the deeper layers of skin. By reducing the amount of oil that these glands produce, the skin can become drier, which in turn can lead to fewer acne breakouts.

An abdominal massage involves gentle massaging that focusses on relaxing the various structures in the abdomen. This type of massage is non-invasive and painless. It is recommended to treat a variety of symptoms, including constipation, bloating and muscle tightness.

Abdominal massage can also have a positive effect on both physical and mental wellbeing. It can relieve pain and anxiety that relate to the stomach and digestive system, which may be causing bloating and cramping.

This is a light to medium pressure massage, with a choice of 3 essential oils tailored to suit you. 

Aromatherapy massage

This has the benefits of back massage, with the added benefit of releasing tension in your jaw and scalp. This massage has fantastic tension-busting effects, aiding intense relaxation and rejuvenation.

Extended massage

This is an ancient Indian treatment, which uses the application of heated black basalt stones to bring a comforting warmth to muscles, leading them to relax, aiding more deep and intense pressure. 

Applying cold basalt stones, typically white in colour, brings a different sensation, which not only cools but cam help with inflammation and improve blood flow.

Hot and cold stones massage

An Indian head massage can be performed seated, or lying down. 
This is a deeply relaxing treatment that helps alleviate stress and tension in your upper back, arms, shoulders, neck, scalp and face.

Please note I prefer to use only a small amount of massage oil when carrying out this procedure, in contrast to some other practitioners.

Indian head massage 

Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, is a gentle form of massage used to relieve painful swelling in your arms and legs caused by lymphoedema.

Lymphoedema happens when your tissues retain fluid left behind after your cardiovascular system sends blood to your tissues and organs.  This remaining fluid is called lymph. 

Normally, your lymphatic system collects your lymph and returns it to your heart via a network of lymph vessels and lymph nodes. When something disrupts your lymphatic system’s processing, lymph collects in your arms and legs, making them swell.

Conditions that can benefit from this treatment include: rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic venous insufficiency and lipoedema (fat in lower body blocking lymph flow).

Reflexology is based on techniques thought to have been practiced four thousand years ago, in China and Ancient Egypt. I like to start the treatment by applying a warm compress to the feet, exfoliating and rinsing them. Gentle pressure is then applied with the aim of bringing about a state of relaxation, to help the body’s natural healing processes.
