Microdermabrasion is a deep exfoliation using a stream of irregularly shaped micro-crystals that gently abrade and remove the outermost layer of the skin. It also has vacuum action that stimulates circulation and increases blood flow to the area. The production of collagen and elastin is also stimulated, improving skin texture and elasticity. Results after one treatment will be a brighter, clearer, glowing complexion. Microdermabrasion is used to treat a number of skin problems such as Fine lines and wrinkles, acne and acne scarring, large pores and black heads, pigmentation and scarring. When treating skin concerns, a weekly 10 day course of 3, 6 to 8 treatments is recommended. The intensity of treatment increases per session as skin adapts and renews itself, allowing to reach the deeper dermal layers of the skin. Courses of treatments will be discounted.

Microdermabrasion is a very effective treatment for those who suffer from dry cracked heels and corse hard skin on the feet.
Microdermabrasion will be carried out on areas of dry, cracked and hard skin, followed by relaxing foot and calf massage with Pinks Boutique Sweet Orange and Neroli, deeply nourishing anti oxidant rich oil.
Hydrate and nourishing foot mask will be applied with heated booties.

Your feet will then be placed in a foot bowl with Lavender, fresh mint and crystal foot soak. Leaving feet feeling refreshed and invigorated. While the feet soak, I will make a beverage of your choice, with a light treat. An Organic Foot Scrub with naturally occurring Himalayan mineral crystals and dead sea salt will be used to exfoliate the feet to remineralise and remove dry, hard skin. You will then be escorted to the bed where you can lye up and relax. Hard skin will be rasped, nails filed, and cuticle work will be carried out. An Organic Cuticle oil with rich with bioactive oils soften cuticles. If you choose to have a gel polish, nails will then be buffed and your choice of colour will be applied. If you don’t wish to have gel polish, nails will be buffed and shined.

Hot stone massage combines the benefits of hydrotherapy and thermotherapy (the use of heat applications) with massage strokes, using stones to create a deep, relaxing and healing treatment. 
Using the heat of the stones to warm the skin allows the skin to absorb moisturising therapeutic oils, while at the same time preparing the musculature of the body so the the therapist can work deeper into the muscles.

It is generally accepted that one stroke of a heated basalt stone is equivalent to 5-10 strokes of the therapists hand.

Myofascial Release is a specialised treatment that release's restrictions within the fascial network (connective tissue), enabling stuck, hardened and dehydrated areas to become pliable, soft, mobile and hydrated.
You, the client may or may not feel much happening, but will feel “freer” or “lighter” after a treatment. Benefits: increased energy, increased breathing capacity, restore muscle function and postural alignment, relieve physical and emotional strain, help’s balance the body and promote self-healing and relaxation.
This massage works well along with Deep Tissue Massage.
