I will walk you through a proper at home facial routine and show you massage movements you can do daily with your hands or Gua Sha tools you may already have. Craniosacral therapy helps to relax nervous system, muscles and bones. Lymphatic drainage massage helps to move stagnant lymph that could be pooling along the jaw, causing pain and/or tension.

TMJ Relief

This service can only be booked on a Saturday or Sunday. If you book on any other day, I will cancel it and reach out to you to reschedule. Please come in comfortable clothes and try to not have anything planned after the treatment other than rest and integration.

Gua Sha and Microcurrent can be used after we assess skin and come up with treatment plan.

120min Reiki Facial
