Thank you for booking with us! Please drop us a message on IG Kassyklaws to discuss about design preferences 3 days before your appointment so that I can prepare. Please note that I do not do anime intricate drawings.

By booking, you agree to the terms and conditions:

Christmas & Chinese new year surcharges: Please note that during December & January there will be surcharges. 
Surcharges price will be indicated under “ Christmas or Chinese new year Surcharge” category. 

After Hours Surcharge: Bookings made after 6 pm will have a $15 surcharge.

Punctuality: A 5-minute grace period is provided. After this, a late fee of 15 SGD may be added to your total bill.

Cancellation: Appointments can only be rescheduled if done at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

After Service Care: Touch-ups are only applicable after 7 days from appointment date.
