I specialize in gender-affirming services and curly/textured haircare 

Never feel out of place when you’re getting your hair cut with me. I love doing big transformations and working with curls of all types. No high heat styling, and sulfate/praben/silicone free products.

Directions: 2 blocks south of the Wilson Ave L train, 1 block North of the Chauncey St J train, 4 blocks East of the B26, or a few feet from the B60!

Pamper yourself with a facial or hot towel treatment after your haircut and a basic manicure that includes cuticle care, moisturizing, clipping, and buffing of the nails. (color polish or a clear coat can be added for an extra $7)

Long Haircut/mini facial/basic manicure

Get treated at the barber like you’re Don Draper-without the cheating on your wife. 

Get your haircut, a beard/facial hair trim w hot towel, and basic manicuring including cuticle care, moisturizing, trimming and buffing of the nails. (Color polish or clear coat can be added for extra $7) 

BARBERING PACKAGE

FULL SERVICES

For clients with intense tangles/matting. Includes a detangling, hair/scalp treatment and trim if desired. I am very gentle, service all ages and am non judge mental. However you hair got tangled is not my business, but I will help you move forward ♥️ I will reach out when you book for more details to estimate the amount of time we will need together.

DETANGLING

RETURNING CLIENTS ONLY-Booked 3-4 weeks after your initial haircut, if your hair is above your ears (mullets, short clipper cuts, etc). For long haircuts please book long haircut. Fixed price, no sliding scale. 

SHAPE UP— W/ ELIAS

This service is performed by Elias and Grae as a team, Elias doing a wash & style service (blowouts, updos, curl sets) and Grae doing a full face of makeup for your event. 

SPECIAL EVENT HAIRSTYLING & MAKEUP

This service is for haircuts at or below the shoulders. (Long shags, long layered cuts, etc) 

Includes a consultation, Cut, wash and styling. 

First time curly hair clients please book a first time curly cut for the extra time. Returning curly clients who want styling book this service please!! 

Long Haircut — W/ ELIAS

Book this service if you’re a first-time curly client! You’re a curly client if:
-you wear your hair mostly natural
-you’re interested in encouraging/enhancing waves or curls
-you’ve had curly haircuts before at other salons
(these aren’t hard rules, feel free to reach out if you’re not sure!) 

This appointment includes an in-depth consultation, cut, a cleanse/shampoo and curly styling. For returning curly clients go ahead and book a long haircut (with or without a shampoo)! First time curly appointments are booked for longer time and slightly higher cost due to the extra time.

15-20 min appointment for a bang trim. PRIOR CLIENTS ONLY!!

Haircut for children under 10 with any texture. Cost is sliding scale. 

I’m happy to work with ally types of kids and can make accommodations for anyone who might take a little extra time. I’ve assisted with many kids receiving their first haircut and love the experience of seeing their smile and introducing them to the salon environment.

Partial Highlights

Highlights are places around the front hairline and bang area to highlight the face. Includes styling after the color service. 

Face Frame Highlights

Color is applied at the root area only to cover greys or change tone. Includes styling after. (Not for clients who have never had color services)

Single process Root Retouch

Book this service to freshen up your fantasy color or if you have already light hair and want to put a semi permanent fantasy color on. Without pre-lightening the fantasy shade will add a slight tint but not fully cover.  Includes styling after

Single process fantasy color

Adds shine/tone to pre-lightened hair. Can also be used to enhance natural tone. Includes a styling after the gloss
