If you wish for a relaxing massage and you do not have issue areas that need major focus on them 30/45 minutes would be ideal.
For more troubled areas, severe tension or pain 60/90 minutes would suit better.

Full body massage using various techniques, pressures and speed to suit each individual. This is a great massage for those who aren’t sure what they want because we can adapt massage treatment to suit your needs during the consultation.60 minute massage excludes abdominal massage due to time limitations however you can request it on the day and we can exclude another part of the body )
