Deep Tissue Massage

Massage using a blend of techniques that aim to enhance performance and help overworked muscles to recover quickly. The type of technique or treatment applied is dependent on the nature of the stage of training or competition, sports injury or condition and the assessment of the remedial massage therapist. Some techniques implemented include: stretching, myofascial release, IASTM tools, tapotement. 
No oils used, please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing.

Sports Massage

You and your partner or loved one will share a room and receive a massage and duration of your choice. Add ons also available. 
Price will be adjusted based on choice of Swedish or Deep tissue as well as any add ons.

This rejuvenating face and scalp massage enhancement soothes and relieves tension, increases blood flow to scalp and leaves your scalp nourished while relieving unexpected tensions often held in facial muscles. Great for those suffering from headaches, migraines, TMJ. 
Choose from jojoba or coconut oil. Essential oil also available for facial massage.

**Quick tip, NOT required, taking a simple hair porosity test to see which oil is best suited for you and to achieve best possible results for hair nourishment.
