From 40 years on your ovaries begin to make less estrogen. 

In the last 1-2 years of perimenopause, this drop in estrogen speeds up. At this stage, you may have menopause symptoms.

This is a full embodiment practice  to create a blissful  nurturing of your womb or womb space. . 

Open to all women 
Sit intentionally on a yoni stool with cacao and steamed herbs to relax your yoni. 

The body will be relaxed and warm as we start with a back massage to soothe the nervous system- following this a sacral and pelvis muscles  massage to ease any tension in the lower spine. 

The legs and feet will also be massaged. 

Special care and attention will then be focused on the belly and womb area. 

The body will be wrapped in Rebozo including the head, feet, hips and shoulders. 

Rest in deep restoration with sound 

The entire experience is concluded with energy work  and aromatic scents.

Welcome to the sacred heart practice of womb healing for women. 
This work comes into my practice after decades of practice with women who have struggled with disconnection, menstrual difficulties, fertility struggles, post natal depression and care, grief & loss, loss of womb feeling or power. Feeling numb or blocked in creativity or with anxiety around sexuality or mental health, stuck emotions, digestive complaints, connecting to the womb pre or post  hysterectomy.  

This work is performed with utmost respect and care for your womb and so valuable to all women’s health and wellbeing. 

These sessions will focus on the entire pelvic region including lumbar, sacral, womb and belly region.

Each session takes its own unique time but will aim to be around 90 mins for these sessions.

Full body relaxation session with hot stones massaged into the back and placed on the chakras. Finished off with a heavenly Gua Sha face ritual and scalp massage 

🗿Relax with warm oil massage & Gua sha 

A refreshing ritual to add on to any of my current services.  This gentle and rejuvenating facial massage uses a Gua Sha face crystal. An ancient Chinese practice used to alleviate tired , congested faces.  An aromatherapy steamed cloth is used to soak the face & décolletage. 
Facial oil is then gently massaged into the face to hydrate and allow glide so the Gua Sha crystal can sweep across and up the face improving skin tone & glow by releasing built up congestion in the face & sinus passages. 

Gua Sha improves circulation & lymphatic’s. It can also help with a puffy, tired face, improving the appearance of lines.
