Aromatherapy uses essential oils, which are a product of a plant, herb, bark or root. Essential oils have many different properties that can help us with physical ailments, such as aches & pains, IBS, menstrual issues, & also help on a  psychological level as well, balancing emotions. 
Essential oils would be picked for each individual client based on your needs, so the treatment is tailored to you. Normally a blend of up to 3 different oils is chosen, depending on what is needed, with the wide range of benefits each oil can offer, we can target very specific needs during a treatment. The blend is then used during the reflexology treatment.

Neck, back & shoulder massage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage is a treatment that will help the body to eliminate toxins & to improve the function of the lymphatic system, which is the system that helps our bodies fight off infections.
This treatment, although called 'massage' is very different to a standard massage. We work very lightly just on the skin, not deeper into the muscle. the light stretching & pushing techniques used, help to open & encourage the lymph system to flow, therefore improving its function. 
This treatment is known to help conditions such as lymphedema, oedema & water retention. It can help with weight loss & can aid recovery after illness,It can help improve your immunity, keeping you healthier & generally just makes you feel 'good'! 
I do not offer post surgery treatment at the moment . 


Manual lymphatic drainage 

This  is a 30 min treatment, working into the feet & lower legs, this massage will leave tired, achy feet feeling refreshed & rejuvenated!
Its especially good for people suffering with plantar facsiitis. 

*Not suitable for people with varicose veins

Aromatherapy is an amazing therapy using essential oils. I blend the oils & apply during massage allowing the oils to naturally help your mind, body & soul to balance & heal.

Normally a blend of up to 3 different oils is chosen, After a full consultation to find out your needs, we will discuss which essential oils would work best for you & of course we will have a little smell session to make sure you enjoy the scent!
once we have blended the best combination of essential oils for your personal needs, you will relax with either a full body, neck,back & shoulder massage or targeted massage.

This massage is done in a side laying position, so no worries about baby bump!
You can opt for a full body massage, or just to focus on the upper body, or targeted areas as needed, everyone is different & everyday can be different whilst you are pregnant!

Pregnancy massage 

Indian head massage is a wonderfully relaxing but also invigorating massage therapy. Working into the scalp, head, & face if wanted,  neck, shoulders and upper arms. This massage helps to ease tension, reduce stress,  can  improve  your hair health and balance your body’s energies. It is a great treatment to help elevate headaches, migraine & sinus issues.
