This involves a detailed discussion regarding your medical history, current health issues, lifestyle, and specific symptoms. This is followed by an objective examination, where we observe your movements and assess your mobility, muscle condition, and structural alignment.

This will be followed by the appropriate treatment modality such as hands-on techniques like stretching, massaging, and mobilising joints, in order to relieve pain, improve function, and aid recovery. 

We will also provide advice on exercises, posture, and lifestyle changes to support treatment and prevent future problems. 

Consultations are designed to be comprehensive yet comfortable, focusing on holistic care and long-term wellness.

Osteopath Consultation

In your follow-up osteopathy appointment, we'll assess your progress since your last visit. This session will include a brief discussion about any changes in your symptoms or overall well-being, followed by a physical examination. Based on this assessment, I'll provide further hands-on treatment, which may include techniques like soft tissue massage, joint articulation, or manipulation to address ongoing issues or new concerns. We'll also review and adjust your personalised treatment plan, which may involve exercises or lifestyle advice, to ensure it aligns with your current needs and health goals.

Osteopath Follow-Up

This involves a thorough initial assessment to establish the cause of your symptoms, along with the appropriate treatment to go with it. This service lasts upto 60 minutes.

Initial Assessment

Once an initial assessment has been performed. The appropriate treatment modality can be performed within this session. Usually lasts up to 45mins.

A 90 minute sports massage is ideal to address multiple areas thoroughly.

90min Sports Massage

A 1 hour sports massage is ideal to address multiple areas thoroughly. Although the full body can be massaged within this appointment, if you require more attention to certain areas it may be worth enquiring about a longer session

1 Hour Sports Massage

A 45 minute massage to spend more time on a particular area of the body. E.G. upper or lower body. For a full body massage 1 hour is recommended to get the desired treatment effects.

45 mins Sports Massage

A 30 minute sports massage to work on a particular muscle group. E.G. calfs or hamstrings. With back pain, a Sports therapy treatment is recommended.

30min Sports Massage

Sports Massage

Online rehabilitation service available for you from the comfort of your own home. If you are unable to attend the clinic due to your location or time constraints then this could be the perfect alternative for you.

I will assess you via a video call which will then allow me to prescribe a personalised exercise rehabilitation programme to address the root cause of your injury rather than just treating the symptoms.

We will be available for regular check ups to address your progress and to answer any questions you may have.

Please be aware that in some instances it may be essential for us to assess you in person and if this is the case then we may be unable to fulfill this appointment online.
