As a qualified Spa and Sports Massage Therapist, I provide Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Trigger Point Massage to manipulate the soft tissues of your body. I focus on tight muscle fibers that can form due to injuries or overuse. My goal is for all my clients to feel completely relaxed and to help prevent sports injuries while speeding up muscle recovery.

The scalp and head are massage to ease out any tension and stress from your neck and shoulders. The treatment includes the upper back, shoulders, the arms, the neck, and then focusing on the head. Those who suffer from migraines, sinus issues and tired eyes will experience a major improvement after just one treatment.
This treatment is fantastic for anyone who suffers from shoulder aches and pains or tension headaches, but is also great for anyone who works on the computer for long periods of time.

Head Massage to Relax & Unwind 

Thai Foot massage works on similar principles as Reflexology covering the feet and lower leg.  It involves hands-on massage along with the use of a Thai massage stick. Pressure is applied on specific reflex points on the feet to encourage the body and mind to balance. This treatment is a wonderful stress reliever and promotes deep relaxation.

The Thai Herbal Poultice has been used for centuries as a detoxification treatment. It has countless benefits for the body and is frequently used to aid in muscle and soft tissue aches. The poultice is filled with a special blend of Thai and Chinese herbs and is steamed before being pressed onto fatigued muscles. The heat induces muscle relaxation while the herbs relieve muscle and joint pain help to increase circulation, and provide nourishment for the skin. The heat also increases blood oxygen flow.
