Established for almost 3 decades practicing and teaching holistic therapies and Yoga and over 20 years of service at the Health & Wellness Centre in the New Forest. So you can be assured you are in safe hands.

Jackie is a wonderfully warm and kind person, as well as putting me at my ease from the first visit, she equally reassures me that she knows her craft as she explains everything that is happening with a little more background information on the gut and bowel and ways to increase bowel health. Back Facials begin with a deep cleanse to remove any dead skin cells providing a blank canvas to exfoliate with an antibacterial exfoliate and remove any congestion. After which a clay based detoxifying and purifying mask is applied, the mask is on for 15 mins during which you will receive a massage to the back of the legs and feet using a massage wax to hydrate and invigorate. The mask is removed using hot towels followed by a back neck and shoulder massage to release any muscle tension, using a massage wax to hydrate.

A beautiful cozy treatment room in Lyndhurst New Forest, A hot stone massage involves flat basalt stones being immersed in hot water and then placed onto specific parts of the body. During a hot stone massage, the stones are used to massage the body this allows the therapist to get deeper into the muscles without more pressure, helping their client to relax yet further.

The stones are smooth and flat and usually made of the volcanic rock type called basalt. These particular stones are chosen because they retain heat.
