Foot reflexology is a complimentary therapy that incorporates the application of pressure to specific points on the feet to stimulate the body's own healing system and bring the body into balance. All treatments include a luxurious hot towel cleanse and I use Irish made Flying Wild organic creams and footbalms which nourish and rehydrate the skin.

Reflexology is a fantastic complimentary treatment and can be used to help issues such as insomnia, headaches, sciatica, menopause symptoms, stress, anxiety, fertility and digestive problems as well as countless other physical and mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.

Facial Reflexology delivers all the benefits of traditional foot reflexology, but with the added benefit of also helping rejuventate and lift the skin, and because of the proximity of the facial reflex points to the brain and central nervous system, is a fantastic treatment for emotional and mental stress.

In conjunction with lifestyle changes Fertility Reflexology can be a powerful aid to help getting pregnant, either naturally or in conjunction with ART.
The first visit will include a full consultation and hands on treatment and will include a follow up email with some personalised lifestyle information to help you rebalance your body holistically. 

Subsequent treatments are booked and priced as regular sessions.

Hot stone massage therapy melts away tension, eases muscle stiffness and increases circulation. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation. The muscles are first warmed and relaxed using the hot stones then traditional manual massage techniques are employed to help ease muscle tension and achieve maximum benefits.
