Over 14 years experience and ITEC qualified in Holistic Massage, Reflexology and Anatomy & Physiology, with many post graduate diplomas and certificates including Maternity Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. Very simply put Selah is a Hebrew word meaning to pause & reflect. It is pronounced Say-lah or See-lah.
