Designed for mums-to-be beyond the first trimester.  This nurturing experience offers a range of benefits, including relaxation and improved sleep quality, tailored to support your body through this incredible journey.

For optimal wellbeing we recommend regular sessions, ideally once a month. Prior to booking, please consult with your doctor to ensure massage therapy aligns with your personalised pregnancy care plan. 

We want you to be as comfortable as possible during your time with us, so we provide special supporting pillows. You are also more than welcome to bring in anything else for added comfort.
