My experience was "okay" and that's the best and honest way to describe it. There were moments where more professionalism was definitely needed. In addition, the website really needs to be updated. The website price states "blow-dry/style - $50+" but the final price is almost double that $50 and it's never discussed during the process. I would change it to "blow-dry -$50", and the separately put "style - $90" so there are no illusions. She told me at the end that it was $90 because it was for a special occasion. What?! Where do you think I'm getting my hair done for, to sit home on the couch?
