The Mindful Hour

The Power Hour package combines the healing properties of crystals, soothing sound waves, guided meditation affirmations, sound frequency, and relaxing massage techniques or a facial, that with the combination will leave you feeling rejuvenated, energized and empowered.

April's offer at £30 per session.

After this time, you can customise your session to fit in with your needs, such as anxiety, sleep, self-confidence, grief, stress management, healing, positivity, motivation etc, for £40 per session. During this time, I will adapt the crystals, affirmations, and frequencies to suit your needs. 

This session does not replace professional advice, so please bear this in mind and seek professional help where needed.

The Power Hour

During your session, we'll focus on releasing any blockages and nurturing your mind, body and spirit. You will experience a deep sense of relaxation, rejuvenation and inner peace. 

When the energy becomes unbalanced or blocked, it can lead to physical, emotional or spiritual discomfort. 

During a reiki session, I will act as a channel for the universal life force energy, allowing it to flow through my hands and into your body. This energy helps to clear any blockages or imbalances, restoring the natural flow of energy within the body. I will usually gently place my hands with touch on the body. But where you prefer no contact this can also be adapted. 
 
It is important to note that whilst reiki can be a powerful complementary therapy, it is not a substitute for medical treatment. It works in conjunction with other forms of healthcare to support the body's natural healing processes.

You will be fully clothed on the treatment bed, wrapped in a cosy blanket. Pregnancy safe.
