Remedial massage is an effective way to relieve pain and tension throughout the body. Remedial releases tension, improves joint mobility and enhances range of motion. 

The techniques used are a combination of Deep tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone and Cupping Therapy. 

Remedial massage is used to treat soft tissue injuries such as lower back pain, carpel tunnel, muscular aches & pains. Remedial Massage is not a Relaxation style treatment.
