Saffron is very knowledgeable and the physio session was high quality and has reduced the pain and inflammation I was suffering from in my back and shoulders.  

I booked a deep tissue massage with Saffron as my back was feeling approximate tight along with a pull on my trap. After a quick chat to run through the issues Saffron discussed the best plan and we set to it. I felt very comfortable and at ease throughout and was extremely happy with my session
