HUNA Lounge

Traditional Swedish-style relaxation movements are used to ease tension, improve body condition, reduce stress or anxiety and bring tranquil consciousness. It is performed to energize the body and improve overall health. This type of massage involves actions like percussion, soft kneading, vibration, tapping or rolling and features only light pressure. Tranquility massage does not incorporate any trigger point release. If you have deep tension or precise areas of focus please select our Custom Therapeutic Massage to better suit your needs.

(MLD) Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a therapeutic technique that targets the lymphatic system to help with swelling from extra lymph fluid in tissues, particularly in cases of lymphedema. It can ease symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, chronic venous insufficiency, and fibromyalgia, and may help with lipedema. As part of decongestive lymphatic therapy, it includes skin care, exercise, and compression garments to improve circulation and manage symptoms of lymphedema.
