3. There is a 24 hour window post- consultation, to decide if The Hair Healer journey is the one for you + if I am the right hairdresser for you. During this time your desired appointment time + date is held.

4. If a booking is not made, the consultation fee is not refunded.

5. If your skin test fails, the consultation fee is refunded.
