Visiting the lash luvv was a great experience, I was comfortable the entire time, and she allowed me to keep readjusting my head so I could be comfortable. I have not expirenced any burning to my eyes and the lashes are not dropping out in abundance. For me the best part of my service was where I was given a bottle of water after the service and it was a take back for me as I have never experienced anything of the sort after sitting for a service for over two hours great service 10/10 would recommend.

BOOKING
To secure your booking, ALL clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service price they are receiving, payment can be made via online Bank transfer, FirstPay, or by dropping it off at our location.

LATE ARRIVALS
We strive to maintain a punctual schedule. All appointments have a 10-minute "grace period" that is set aside if you are running a few minutes late. However late arrivals that exceed 10 minutes, will be charged $15.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we appreciate a minimum of 24 hours' notice before your appointment. Your deposit will be pushed to your next appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours, will be charged a cancellation fee of $15 next appointment.

NO - SHOWS
Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice results in a "no-show" and will result in being blocked from booking future appointments.
