 Lymphatic drainage massage - Full body treatment - 60 minutes

A quick pick me up treatment, carried out in a seated clothed position this treatment is an express indian head massage for those needing relief from stress held in the shoulders, neck and head. 

For a longer treatment please consider the Bespoke 60, 90 or 120 minute massage options which can be tailored to your needs and areas or simply be a full body treatment. 



Indian head massage - 20 minute seated treatment 

Experience the release of toxins and enhancement of your immune system through a comprehensive full-body bespoke Swedish massage - a mild to medium pressure is used to help tease out aches and relief stress held in the body.

This is not a deep tissue massage, please inquire with us in advance if you prefer hard or moderate to deep work, and we can recommend alternatives 

This treatment targets specific problematic areas, facilitating detoxification, rejuvenation, and stress relief for both body and mind. 

The session incorporates techniques such as Indian Head Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), and Aromatherapy all designed to promote overall well-being.

This facial is ideal for individuals seeking relaxation and uncertain about which treatment to choose.
