Give your skin and your soul a treat with this luxurious facial. A double cleanse, gentle exfoliation and hydrating mist perfectly prepares the skin, this is followed with a slow and relaxing face, neck and shoulder massage, to improve circulation, reduce puffiness and relax not only your muscles but your mind too. A mask designed for your skins needs is then applied and whilst it works it's magic, the relaxation continues with a decadent warm oil scalp massage, once your mask is removed your personalised skin booster and moisturiser will be applied leaving your skin feeling nourished and repaired.

LED light therapy is a gentle, non-invasive skin treatment that uses different wavelengths of light to address various skin concerns. Thai foot massage works on a similar principle to reflexology. However reflexology is just performed on the feet and Thai foot massage incorporates the lower leg as well as the feet. It involves a combination of hands on massage and the use of a thai massage stick to open up 'Sen' energy lines, stimulate internal organs encouraging the mind and body to balance as well as increasing blood circulation and lymphatic flow activating the bodys natural healing process by boosting the immune system. This treatment is also great for stress relief as it promotes relaxation and can also help with poor sleep and headaches.
