Our aim is to facilitate healing, through the use of manual hands-on therapy and exercise prescription to promote recovery and your best self. We excel in individual centred care, which is an approach that emphasises your individual needs, preferences, and values. It aims to treat you with dignity and respect, actively involving you in all decisions about your health and care needs.
