30 minute massage will be tailored to your needs, allow you a back, neck & shoulder massage, a back, shoulder and in depth neck massage, a leg massage or whatever combination you require. 

45 minutes will allow for extended versions of the areas focused on in the 30 minute massage or more areas such as back, neck & shoulders along with legs.

60 minutes will allow for a whole body massage or an extended specific area massage, whatever your body needs.

Massage is ideal for relaxation and for muscle tension. It can stimulate the cardiovascular system bringing fresh blood and nutrients to tired muscles. The lymphatic system is also invigorated, flushing away toxins. The nervous system is energised, releasing endorphins, for immediate sense of wellbeing.

Swedish Massage

Lava Shell Massage is a relaxing massage that uses heat generated from inside four beautiful shells, either polished Tiger-Striped Clam shells from the Philippines or porcelain shells. The therapist simply inserts a sachet of minerals, dried sea kelp, and algae into the shell, adds sea-water and plugs it up again.

Very similar to Hot Stones Therapy however Lava Shell Massage allows the therapist to have continuous contact with the client during their treatment.

This unique therapy using stones that are formed from volcanic origin are extremely effective due to the stones thermal and energy conductive effects (this is why it is crucial only stones condusive to this therapy be used), using the stones can induce transformation on many levels. The application of hands in conjunction with these unique stones produces intensified contact with them and universal energies, directing this energy flow to areas of blockage, harmonising, restoring and rejuvenating the body at its deepest level.

Hot Stone Massage

Hopi Ear Candles, also known as Thermal Auricular Therapy, are hollow tubes made of cotton, soaked in beeswax, honey and herbs, when lit, the candle acts like a chimney causing the warm air inside it to rise and creating a vacuum at the bottom. This vacuum gently stimulates the ear, facilitating removal of excess wax and impurities. Non invasive and relaxing treatment of the ears, natural alternative to ear syringing, good for ear pain and relieving pressure (equilibrium) in the inner ear.  Helps to promote clearer thinking, releases stagnant energy to rebalance energy.

The treatment takes place lying on your side and is extremely soothing and relaxing, leaving you with a sense of well-being and reduced pressure in the ears or head. A little warmth is felt and hissing and crackling noises are heard, with a little popping, most people say that it is a very pleasant experience!
