Stimulating a trigger point with a needle helps draw normal blood supply back to flush out the area and release tension. The prick sensation can also fire off nerve fibers that stimulate your brain to release endorphins, your body’s homemade pain medication.

Once your therapist locates a trigger point, they’ll insert a needle through your skin directly into it. They might move the needle around a little to try to get what’s called a local twitch response a quick spasm of your muscle. This reaction can be a good sign that your muscle is reacting.

Located in our garden setting the Pod offers 7 settings of steamed heat to either stand or sit. 
Ready to jump into Pod and jump out ready to enjoy the day.

 🌿Where to park: 

Please park out the front of Doubleview Studio &  we’ll welcome you at our front gate

🌿What to bring:

2 x towels (we are an eco-friendly) – 1 to sit on whilst in the sauna & a spare for afterwards
 
Large water bottle to stay hydrated, we can refill if needed.

🌿What to wear:  Whatever you feel comfortable in bathers, budgies, crop/singlet & shorts just not nudes.

🌿What times are you open:

* 		Weekends 7am- 5pm

🌿Do you supply towels?

We are an eco-friendly, so please BYO towels – 1 for sauna & afterwards. You may hire a towel $3 on arrival if required.
