A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and should be made no later than 3 days after requested date. DEPOSITS ARE MANDATORY AND NON REFUNDABLE IF YOU CANCEL.Deposits can be made at our location or via CIBC 1st pay.

 If client cancels NO DEPOSIT REFUND will be issued. However if cancellation is on behalf of Elysian Aesthetics Spa a full refund of your deposit will be issued. 

A grace period of 15 minutes is given , however after grace period a $15 fee will be added.

Avoid rescheduling appointments within 24hrs of appointment.
